Biography
Carmen Byers is the founder and President of RASADAZZLE, LLC., an accessibility consulting firm providing plan reviews & Inspections, for construction, Site Assessments, ADA Consulting, Site Observations, Construction Payment Application Audits Financial Institutions based in El Paso, Texas. She holds a degree in Green Business & Project Management from San Francisco Institute of Architecture and has more than 30 years of experience in construction industry, the last 10 years in Architecture as a Construction Administrator. Carmen has been a Registered Accessibility Specialist in the state of Texas since 2019 and founded RASADAZZLE, LLC. in 2020. She is a member of APA TX Chapter. In addition to providing state-required plan reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), Carmen and the other experts at RASADAZZLE, LLC have extensive knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA Standards, Fair Housing Act, Section 504, ICC/ANSI A117.1, and other local, state, and federal accessibility requirements as well as IBC building codes.
