Exhibitor & Sponsor Levels

Bronze Level, $300

Benefits include:

  • Recognition in the conference program, in at least one quarterly APA newsletter, at the conference via signage, slides, and announcements, and in pre-event marketing emails - Sign up early for the most pre-event exposure!
  • Inclusion of your company's logo with a link to your website on the National Conference page of our APA website for one year
  • Note: Bronze Level does not include an exhibitor booth, but you may display promotional materials on a table near the registration and exhibitor area.


Silver Level, $500

Benefits include Bronze Level benefits PLUS:

  • 10-foot booth space with a 6-foot, black skirted table and one chair
  • Complimentary meal package valued at $175 for one representative (additional representatives attending will be charged $175 each)
  • Admission to our keynote presentation and other course sessions as an exhibitor guest. For CE credit, you must also register as an attendee.
  • Opportunity to offer a prize drawing at your booth to collect attendee contact information


Gold Level, $650

Benefits include Silver Level benefits PLUS:

  • Gold Level recognition at the National Conference and any special events  
  • Recognition of your representative at the conference
  • Opportunity to provide branded lanyards for attendees at your cost.This is available on a first-come first-served basis and must be arranged by December 10.


Platinum Level, $850

Benefits include Gold Level benefits PLUS:

  • Your choice of Premium Exhibitor location
  • Platinum Sponsor recognition at the National Conference and any special events  
  • Permission to place one promotional item (such as a brochure, pen, etc.) at each table setting


Special Event Sponsor, $1600

Benefits include Platinum Level benefits PLUS:

  • A 15-minute time slot (during a breakfast or happy hour) for your representative to showcase your products. We will work with you to customize this opportunity. 
  • NOTE: The deadline for setting up a speaking time is November 1.
