8:30 am- 10:30 am-Title II and III- 
TDLR self reporting, AIA/CES APA 171 2 LU/HSW, ICC #7301 0.2CEU.

Attendees learn about the legislative and legal requirements for Title II entities and the types of facilities and services covered and not covered under Title III as well as requirement for barrier removal and path of travel.
 
10:30 am-12:30 pm- Complete Barrier Free Design for Landscapes- 
TDLR# 14498 2CE (TAS), AIA/CES APA163 2 LU/HSW, ICC #5241 0.2 CEU.

Specific requirements for play areas, golf course and other areas of recreation.  This program will identify common errors and clever solutions for designing accessible landscapes.

1pm-3pm- Complete Variance Application How 2 - Two hour TDLR CE.

This course will cover the compilation of a complete and thorough variance application when a construction project owner believes that TAS compliance cannot be achieved.

3pm-5pm- Accessible Parking, Curb Ramps and Rules-

Objectives of changes from 2010, new and changing items, proposed accessibility guidelines for pedestrian facilities in the public right of way
APA is an approved AIA/CES Provider (#G583), ICC Preferred Provider (#1321) and TDLR Provider CE (#1521). APA also provides a designation for those meeting the criteria for our  APA-ADA Specialist program(s).
