Joshua possesses substantial experience, having conducted over 150 construction drawing reviews and having performed over 450 on-site inspections. These inspections encompass various scenarios, including reviews during
construction, assessments for property buyers, and evaluations conducted for legal proceedings on behalf of legal counsel.
